Legal and licensing compliance is critical.
Lender Design takes legal and licensing compliance very seriously. We always try to adhere to the "clear and conspicuous" standard set forth by FDIC Law, Regulations, Related Acts, Section 226.17, which states: "...although no minimum type size is mandated, the disclosures must be legible..." Therefore, Lender Design makes every effort to display legal and licensing information as large as possible, and we never intentionally shrink legal / licensing / disclosure information for any reason.
Lender Design provides you with all of the means to properly include legal / licensing information on your materials. Within each member's profile, there is ample space for you to enter all required legal and/or licensing information. Whatever you enter in that space will always be added to any of the items you download.
Additionally, Lender Design includes disclaimers / disclosures that are known to be required on certain materials. For example, our Loan Scenario / Open House Flyers (pictured to the right) include additional disclaimers that are required when publishing rate information.
Furthermore, all of our e-mail marketing materials include proper (and easy) opt-out instructions, etc.
Did you know?
By law in some states, on real estate agent advertising or marketing materials, the Real Estate Agent's name cannot be larger than the name of the company they work for.
