What is Lender Design's mortgage experience?
Who designs the materials?
Lender Design was founded by Jeff Murray, who was the Senior Designer of the Norwest/Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Personal Marketing Group from 1995-2000. With 13 years of specific mortgage industry marketing experience, Jeff possesses a great amount of knowledge and experience. Jeff also earned the "Service Excellence" award while with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. |

Can I customize or edit the text on the flyers and postcards?
Not on the pre-designed materials. However, there are dozens of fully customizable templates that allow you to insert your own custom text / message. Additionally, you can use the "Custom Message Box" to include a short custom message on most flyers and large postcards. |

Can the data on the loan scenarios and open house flyers be modified with my own custom data?
Yes. Lender Design provides MS Word templates that allow you to modify / add all of your own data and save the data when you are done. |

Does the data auto-calculate on the loan scenario flyers?
Some of the data auto-calculates, but the loan scenario flyers are offered more as presentation tools, rather than loan calculators. Expect to enter and calculate most of the data manually, including APR. |

How often does Lender Design update or add new materials?
Usually as new items are requested by members or when major changes in the market occur. Our goal is to consistently add 2 to 4 new items a month. |

Can I change my personal contact information once I enter it initially? What if I change companies?
Yes. Your personal contact information is stored in your own individual profile. You may modify your profile as often as needed. If you change companies, you can upload a new company logo and change the company name in your profile. |

How does my information get on the materials I download? Do I need to type in my information each time I download something?
Each member has his/her own user profile. In your user profile, you enter in your contact information as you want it to appear on your marketing items. Additionally, you can add the photo and logo that you want to include. Each time you download an item, the information and images found in your user profile are automatically inserted. Therefore, you don't need to insert the information separately each time you download an item. |

Do I need to include my photo on my marketing items?
No, however, a default image must be used if you do not want to include your personal photo. The default image is a generic photo of a nice home. |

Can more than one person use a single account?
No. Each account is individualized for one single person. |

I work (and market) in a team. Do we have to buy two separate subscriptions? Can we still market as a team?
Teams of 2 people can use one single subscription without needing to buy two separate subscriptions. However, the account will be setup for the team only (each individual will not be able to market themselves individually, only as a team) If the team uses a photo, the photo must include both people in one photo. Teams of more than 2 people are usually not possible. |

Can I include a Realtor or other Associate on my materials?
Yes, on most flyers and large postcards. MS Word templates are provided that allow you to setup a "Custom Message Box" for each Realtor or Associate you work with. The custom message boxes can be merged with the flyer or postcard. |

What is the "Newscard" and how do I use it?
The best way to describe the Newscard is a "newsletter postcard". It serves the same purpose of a large format newsletter, however, it is much more economical to produce and mail. Additionally, since it is a postcard, recipients don't need to open or unfold it. The Newscard is a quick read, but still offers valuable information your customers can use. |

Do I need to buy any additional software to use all of the features?
In order to use the customizable materials (loan scenarios, open house flyers, custom flyers and postcards) you will need Microsoft Word. Additionally, you will need to convert the Word files into PDF format. There are a few websites that handle PDF conversions for free. |

All materials are provided in PDF format... Aren't PDF's used only for proofing? Do they render high-quality printed output?
PDF files have become a standard format used by most major print shops and publications for high-quality print production. The files you download from Lender Design are optimized for high-quality, high-resolution print production. |

What results or success can I expect from using the materials?
First of all, we don't guarantee any particular results. Secondly, we are not positioned as a "lead generation" company. Rather, we offer image, presentation and communication tools... We help you look professional, credible and confident. Additionally, we focus a good amount of effort on customer follow-up / contact. Marketing takes time, discipline and consistency to see successful results. |

Do Lender Design materials meet compliance requirements?
Lender Design takes every possible step to ensure your materials are legally compliant. However, some of the compliance requirements are out of our control, such as state licensing and other specific legal disclaimers that may be required by your company. We DO include a default disclaimer on all materials that covers many general requirements. All specific state licensing and company disclaimers need to input by each individual member in the user profile. For the most part, Lender Design does a better job with compliance than most other marketing providers and even mortgage companies. |

Can Lender Design handle my printing for me?
Lender Design does not provide printing services. However, we have teamed with a printing company that is very familiar with our designs. They also provide a discount to all Lender Design customers. We feel this is the best for our members, so they can control the price of printing and receive direct pricing. |

Does Lender Design design websites?
We do not offer website design services. We recommend www.LenderHomePage.com for your website design needs. |

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Usually not. We try to be fair with members. If you honestly didn't know what you were buying or thought it was something different, let us know immediately. Keep in mind, if you download a bunch of the items or wait too long to notify us, we will not consider a refund. |

Is there a referral incentive?
Yes, for each person you refer, two months will be added to your membership. |

Does Lender Design offer materials in Spanish or other languages?
We are working on translating many of our materials into Spanish at this time. We do not plan to translate into any other languages right now. |

Does Lender Design also offer programs for Realtors or other industries?
We are working on a program right now for Realtors, but don't have a release date at this time. |
