STEP 1 - Download, Open, Edit/Customize and Save (Save as) the Word template below. Your personal information will NOT be included in this Word template, only the text that you need to edit/customize. MAKE SURE you limit your custom info to the customizable areas (which are identified by the "sample" text). Do not change table sizes or include any info in the blank/white areas of the template. When customization is complete, save your template on your computer in a location that is easy to remember.

STEP 2 - Convert your (customized & saved) Word template (from Step 1) to PDF format. This is required in order to merge your custom information together with your personal information. Convert for free at: http://www.conv2pdf.com/convert_en.html OR, if you already have a PDF converter / PDF Print Driver installed on your computer, you should use that for best results.

STEP 3 - Browse for the "Custom Postcard Info" PDF file (that you created in step 2). Choose a design below. In the field labeled "Custom Postcard Info", click the 'Browse' button. Locate and select the PDF file that you saved from Step 2. Click DOWNLOAD. If you did everything right, your custom info should have been merged together perfectly with your personal information and design template to complete your customized postcard.
