A free account allows you to try, test, and evaluate the service before purchasing. No purchase or collection of payment info is necessary to utilize a free account.
The number of downloads allowed in the free account is limited.
The setup of personal photos and company logos is limited to paying subscribers.
Any violations of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of account(s)/membership(s) without refund.
User accounts and memberships are exclusive to the registered individual and cannot be shared. It IS acceptable for assistants or individuals who aid the registered individual in their marketing efforts to access the account/membership.
The collective contents (images, wording, writing, etc.) of any Files, Items, and/or Materials accessed via membership or account are copyrighted and/or owned by Visual Info Design LLC or third-party licensors. Any unauthorized use or duplication will be considered an infringement of such copyright and will be subject to legal action.
Files, Items, and/or Materials may not be modified or altered in any way, outside of the Lender Design platform.
No warranty or guarantee of any kind is provided. Any Files, Items, and/or Materials are provided "AS IS". Use of any Files, Items, and/or Materials are done so at User's / Subscriber's sole risk and discretion.
In no event will Visual Info Design LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising out of use, or inability to use, any Files, Items, and/or Materials.
